Leijailin hetki sitten uusista ihanista nilkkureistani. Olen nyt käyttänyt kyseisiä kenkiä kolmesti ja eilen jouduin viemään ne takaisin liikkeeseen, josta ne lähetetään suutarille. On täysin minun tuuriani, että minkä tahansa tuotteen hankinkin se täytyy huollattaa/korjata takuuseen vähintään kerran. Nykyään tämä ei siis koske enää vain teknisiä tuotteita. Onneksi minun tuuriini yleensä kuuluu myös hyvä ja ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu, joten eiköhän ne kengät pian tule takaisin sieltä suutarilta.
TRANSLATION
Maybe a week back I was telling you about my new shoes. I have now worn this lovely shoes three times and yesterday I had to take them back to the shop and they will send them to a cobbler. It's just my luck that any item I get has to be fixed before I actually get a change to use them. Parently it's not only about electronic machines anymore. Luckly I usually get good customer service as I did in this shop so I'm sure that I'll be reconnected with my shoes in no time.
