Nurmon VPK - pieni liikenneonnettomuus

Nurmon vpk:n palokuntanuorten lauantai-illan toinen hälyytystehtävä, jota menin kuvaamaan, oli pieni liikenneonnettomuus. Lähtötilanteessa autossa oli kolme "uhria", joista kuljettaja oli jumissa autossa. Palokunnan saavuttua paikalle matkustajat pelastettiin autosta ja kuljettaja leikattiin ulos. Henkilöauto aukesi kuin säilykepurkki vapaapalokuntalaisten käsissä. Nuoremmille palokuntalaisille jäi tehtäväksi liikenteen ohjaus ja matkustajista huolehtiminen.

Olen nähnyt kerran aikaisemmin Nurmon paloaseman avoimissa ovissa näytöksenä katon irrottamisen henkilöautosta. Toki näytös oli vakuuttava silloinkin, mutta lauantai illan harjoitus oli todentuntuinen tai ehkä enemmänkin kuin elokuvan kuvauksista. Nuoret suhtautuivat tilanteeseen kuin todelliseen onnettomuuteen ja toimivat sen mukaisesti.

Taisin näyttää vakuuttavalta kamerani kanssa, sillä joku palokuntanuorista kysyi, tuleeko harjoituksesta juttu lehteen.

Nurmo's volunteer fire department - traffic accident, small

Second task of young volunteer firefighters on Saturday was a small traffc accident. The startup situation was that there were 3 persons in a car and the driver was stuck. When the firefighters arrived they rescued the passengers from the car and they cut the driver off. A car opend like a tin can in the hands of those firefighters. Younger firefighters took care of the passengers and guided the "traffic".

I have seen once before how the firefighters cut a cap off from a car. It looked impressive then but it was even more impressive on Saturday since it seemed like a real life situation or maybe more like a movie set. 


I think I looked convincing with my camera since one of the young volunteer firefighter asked am I taking pictures for a news paper.

*No firefighters were harmed during the shooting. ;)
